Details for this week’s all section (Beavers, Cubs and Scouts) Halloween meeting on Zoom have been sent out to all members of 1st Chirk Scout Group. Please make note of the required Bingo Card number within the email, that needs printing or can be copied like for like to a piece of paper manually to take part in the Halloween themed music bingo. If you have multiple children in different sections, you have been allocated a card number per child. 

What’s Planned on the evening

• Hello and share time (see equipment needed).
• Guess the trick or treat jar, closest wins the contents.
• Halloween Themed Bingo (see emailed for assigned card number).
• Other games if times allows, but above will take a while 😊.

What Equipment Do I Need for this Meeting:

1. Adult within listening distance to help you out if required, happy for the whole family to get involved, but there is only enough bingo cards for one per Scout member.
2. Yourself in front of the camera 😊.
3. Have some paper and a pen available to hand.
4. Bingo Card your assigned from the pack attached (make sure you only print off the bingo card your assigned so everyone is using a different card who joins).
5. Your assigned bingo card number is card and can be downloaded via this link www.1stchirk.org.uk/hallloween-bingo-cards
6. Printing help….You can normally select the page to print from the print dialog box (Pages to Print) and input the assigned number in the text box to only print the one card e.g. 001 = page 1 030 = page 30 for example).
7. If you don’t have a printer, draw out the 4 x 4 grid on a piece of paper and write the titles out.
8. Something to show the group, Halloween themed e.g. baked items, special spooky drinks, costumes, your pumpkin designs).
9. Decorate your background with Halloween stuff (optional)
10. Wear some fancy dress or face paints (optional) – Be creative here, no need to go out to the shops 😊.

Important Notes:

• Remember to utilise your child’s full name for the attendee of the meeting.
• Turn your video on.
• Test you Microphone and Speakers/Headset before joining.
• You will join a waiting room; please be patience and we will admit you asap.
