Virtual Scouting - The Great Indoors
The Scout Association have created a great site which is a great place to start: The Great Indoors and there are over 200 activities and growing you can do indoors.
The 1st Chirk Scout Group will be releasing regular posts with activities relevant to each section to earn parts of badges for that section, these might be activities already available in the main Scout Association website, but more tailored to our programmes, so you know the activities you are completing are earning badges while having fun doing the number of activities at home on offer.

There are loads of webcams setup within zoo’s, national parks, famous builds and other weird locations, here is a selection of the ones we think are the best. Have a webcam we should add to the list let us know via [email protected].

Recommended order to learn some Scouting knots with a video link below, its all about memory muscle, couple of times a day for a few week and your never forget, these are the starter knots we introduce the Cubs and Scouts to, the Beavers can still have a got at 1 and 2!
